I know the psychological aspect is going to be a big deal for me but I feel as I respond well to carbs. It's going to be an experience. I lost my first big chunk of pounds eating high carb/protein so we will see.

Buy a food scale if you don't already have one, it's an essential. Tons and tons of information out there just take your time and don't let it overwhelm you. It seems like a lot until you just start doing it.

Hey! Just started keto 3 weeks ago myself. So far I love it, energy levels are high, have noticed a small decrease in weights at the gym but to be expected. Always looking for new foods to try.
