Bedford England where the summer is definitely over.

Like many here who commented before I use spun classes as one form of cardio workout. I like to mix up mine rather than going to the same class every week as different instructors at my gym do different classes and that stops me getting too comfortable and the class becoming too predictable.

Add away. Happy to support and motivate.

I do every day. I like to keep myself honest.

Can't offer any amazing insights as the fairly standard process of logging my food and counting calories has worked for me as well as regular but varied forms of exercise to keep me out of my comfort zone when it comes to exercise. Good luck with the weight loss.

Bedford also represented. Having friends both sides of the pond helps if you cannot sleep as well.

Always check the company website and then plan B is to just guesstimate.

The key is to weigh everything with the calorie tracker at the same time that way you are more likely to control the calories and not have too large a portion of anything.

Really depends what works for you. I calorie count and that works for me while my partner uses ww and that works for her.

Holidays and a Saturday morning outside of the hockey season are when I do early morning workouts. I find it really invigorating and also when in the zone a great way to focus my mind.

It definately goes under cardiovascular on the exercise section.

Cheesecake for me but when shedding weight it is a once every ten weeks treat rather than the more frequent indulgence when off the wagon.

If you are on here and being honest with your diary entry it should help. I know that I need that discipline of recording my consumption otherwise things slip. Good luck.

If you could adopt the cat that keeps doing its business in my garden that would be great.

Good luck with the weight loss.

My binges were always chocolate based and it was a tough one to tackle. For me the key was food shopping time and the only eat I coped was to avoid the chocolate aisle and also to never shop hungry. Nothing original I know but once I cracked it then other challenges became achievable. Best of luck with your own journey.

Good to get off to a positive start. Well done.
-
Just turned mine off as well thanks for the heads up.

Weighing yourself once a week at the same time and day is better as weight will fluctuate and it does take a while to get your body to adjust to the new regime and then you should see your weight start to move. Best of luck.

Tend to train 6 out of 7 days but with lots of variety however it does depend on how my body feels. Any pain and I rest before I'm forced to with an injury. Four times a week is a good level of exercise.

Yep I'm from the UK. Bit of a shame that the prizes in the challenges are only open to US citizens but I guess the real aim is weight loss or a healthier body.

Always happy to support others so add me.
