Unless it's my binge day, I try to avoid soda, chocolate or cookies, and an overload of meat. I still eat all those things but they are not apart of my regular diet. Other than that, I don't really ban foods in my head, I just make sure I don't binge. That and I honestly don't crave soda like I used to so it isn't always…

If I can get to it one day, 105 lbs. CW is 120 lbs at 5'0 and a half.

Some don't have to do anything but watch what they eat to lose a ton of weight but usually they still have more weight to lose after that. I only lost about 5 lbs so far without really exercising. Anything past those 5 lbs, I am going to have to start being more physically active.

I want to fit into my old pair of jeans, not feel like running is a task, and look gorgeous in a tank top and shorts. Not that I can't look good in shorts and a tank top but I don't feel comfortable.

I have no experience with gaining weight from not eating enough but that is because I have never gone to an extreme of not eating enough every day. Breakfast: Banana, apple, and clementine with coffee (235 calories) Lunch: Something light, maybe a sandwich Dinner: Anything with chicken Sorry, I really don't eat the same thing everyday. Lunch and dinner are their own obstacles, but I try to limit my portions no matter what I eat. :)

Maybe your body gained some of the weight back from the stress? Perhaps 105 lbs wasn't right on your body and it needed the extra 5 lbs. If anything, go to the gym and see if you can tone up rather than lose those 5 lbs.

Thank you everybody! I decided not to log everything from today because I cannot remember at this point. :# But I have logged all my intended meals for tomorrow and plan to get to the gym. I feel a little better. Maybe my body was craving something that I wasn't giving it. Hopefully it will be cooperative now. ;)

I'm trying to only do it when I actually lose weight, not when I gain. I try to log on days like Friday when my weight loss will make a difference on the scale after a few days of watching my weight. :smile:

I would like to lose 10-15 pounds over the course of the next few months. My goal is December to be at least 110 lbs.

- Replacing one or two meals with vegetables and fruits - Not eating past 9 pm so I am actually hungry in the morning - Limiting sweets and soda to weekends - Eating everything in moderation! Instead of 3 cookies, I take one cookie. Instead of extra soda, I get one soda and no refills.
