I've been steady working on my fitness goals for the past year. I'm just getting back MFP again to help keep me accountable and motivated. Add me of you please.

I started caring about my health and fitness. I started eating better putting thought in to what was going in to my body. I also joined and gym and started working out. I haven't made a lot of progress yet but it's a start. In 2017 I plan on putting more effort in to working out and losing weight.

I prefer the gym as well. I just don't find the same amount of motivation at home. Even when I cant make it to the gym for whatever reason I still don't workout at home. I don't have the space and this time of year I'm not going for any walks/runs outside.

Wednesday Wish - get back to the habit of working out regularly. Find my motivation and make it stick. I aslo wish that my co workers would stop bringing in Christmas treats or that I would learn to say no.

I weight in on the first of every month or as close to the first as I go to the gym. I find I become to obsessive if I weigh in everyday and even every week.

We went to Iceland on vacation this year. There's a waterfall there, skogafoss, that has stairs leading to the top of it. I made it half way and absolutely could not go any further.
