A lot of my old MFP friends have fell off the wagon and I'm looking for so new people to help motivate and support me and who are looking for motivation and support.
I'm looking for friends who are active on MFP and will comment and contribute to conversations. I find most of the friends I currently have aren't very active/supportive/motivational.
Just wondering how many of you go to the gym or get your workouts at home? I find I'm more motivated to push it at the gym and knowing I'm paying for it keeps me wanting to go. How about you??
