Thanks so much everyone. I have to admit it is kind of weird to have 3 days in a row WAY above what I think my maintenance is and still stay well within my 5lb range. I am enjoying the HECK out of this...lol. I have yet to do any exercise at all but am trying to get my lazy butt in gear to do something.

YES...this. This is exactly how I am doing it. My range is 120-125. My body keeps going back to 122 something. I ate over 2000 calories yesterday and almost as much on Saturday and I am sitting right at 122.4. I can eat VERY little though and it is rare that I get to and stay at 120 or 121 something. I am 5'3", 47 years old SW on Aug 12, 2016 was 204lbs GW was 130 CW 122 I think I am done but am freaking out. The smallest I was in my 20's was a 7/8 and now my size 4's seem to have too much room so I think I am just going to do some toning of my butt since that seems to be all I need and just see where I end up.

I am so glad this thread came up. I have been staying so low carb that I have little appetite and am not eating enough. I was feeling great but lately have been feeling icky. I have been really successful staying low on fat. Protein satiates me so I don't cook everything. My protein is always higher than my fat.

I am lucky...not a huge pasta person or cereal or sugar except for the Coke I had to give up and switch to Coke Zero. My big one is POTATOES....Every single way you can possibly prepare a potato I LOVE. I could live on potatoes, meat and cheese.

My pattern is I usually stall for 2-3 days then lose a pound or so and then a couple more days of 1/2lb or so. At least I have never gone up except for a half a lb now and then but it is always gone the next day. The 3 day stalls are annoying enough. I need to stop weighing every day but I CAN'T!

Private Selection at Kroger also has a line of low sodium lunch meats. I don't bother though since I am doing low carb right now and more salt in the diet is needed for that apparently.

Every grocery store has different brands of the low cal bread They are in the individual sections so the low cal wheat is with the other wheats...just look around really good.
