@crewahl I finally got my Cortizone shot a week ago 23 June. It was an epidural and it did solve part of my pain. But my hip is still something wrong there neuropathy in the left leg and drop foot on my right not an easy fix or curable immediate relief, it’s hell getting old.

@crewahl I saw I had a list of messages on here. I belong to.LLI Manassas. I joined in January and have enjoyed several meetings and they have a game club every Friday afternoon.

Today I got on the scale at 221. The last time I looked it was 230 but I’ve had a lot of issues. So I need to get back to a weekly in and see what’s going on.

2,318 walking with a Rollator and a shot of Cortizone last Tuesday, it’s still a struggle but keep trying to walk and not confine myself to a wheelchair. Mama Cin was one of the first women that I found out that GOADS included Gals. We were the same age and I kept in touch with her over the year occasionally. Thanks for letting me know. I will try to find her obituary online. I know she had a fine family system.

My son took me to Cosco to get my first hearing aids, We immediately went to lunch, when I went into the restroom. I almost knocked out mybrand new hearing aid into the toilet. Thank God it didn’t fall completely out. I always told my son I don’t need hearing aids You just mumble! LOL

my epidural for a cortisone shot was an 8:00 AM procedure, My first ask for the cortisone was during April appointment with my Neurologist for neuropathy. He sent me to a pain doctor. The amount of red tape was ridiculous.IMO
