Stopping by to say hello. Labor Day means I got through hot and humid days. I hope My WW goal Weight is 184, met 2018. Since after Covid fell off WW but told myself to never go above 200. Scale says 195 and keeping in touch with you GOADies keep me of being aware how the battle is never over.

Been a while since I logged in. My eating habits are a mess but not gaining. Life has changed since my DW has noticeably has cognitive issues.N I’m dealing with that but the disease is a horrible issue.

Sorry I got out of the daily check in. Dealing with my wife’s “memories issues” actually her early dementia behavior is a daily issue.

January DW diagnosis is a benign fibrous tumor, underneath armpit. 13 February we met with surgeon he told her outpatient surgery 27 March. 16 Feb DW conduct/behavior was so alarming 20 Feb I took her to her PCP.
