  • Fyi..a regular MRI will not find your tear if you have one. You will need an MRI with contrast. I had a laberal tear and impingement in my left hip and took months to figure out what it was. I had surgery back in 2012. I still have bad piriformis issues but the hip,pain is gone. Recovery is long!
