My version of the bulletproof coffee. 12oz coffee, 1 TBSP of the oil, cream, butter, and a truvia packet. Its amazing.

All I did with the olive oil is create it in my foods so I have the right nutritional facts.

I didnt have the Violi for breakfast and it does not show that on my screen. For me all I see for breakfast is Whipping cream, coconut oil, butter.

I've been researching for a month now, so I shouldn't make those mistakes. My biggest worry is hitting my protein goal of 140g and my fat of 189g. 60% of my diet currently is carbs so its a big change.
