Thanks for the insight! Yes, I’ll definitely be focusing a lot more on inclined variations for chest now so I can hopefully have a more fully developed chest in the future :) Just gotta keep grinding and figuring out what I suck at haha

I hit a decent amount of heavy squats and deadlifts. I was a runner for awhile so they’re still growing. Not saying I can’t improve on legs. But they just weren’t my main focus in these photos. Yes I most likely have a mild/moderate level of scoliosis (undiagnosed) which restricts me with specific movements but I make do. Been considering posture support or maybe I should just go see a chiropractor. I completely agree that I need to implement a lot more trap work. Severely lacking in that area. And I’m assuming…
