Hello. I am 22 and have been into fitness for awhile now. Just asking for a little criticism so I know what muscles/exercises to focus on. 7fqg9u6p7j5r.jpeg

Really just asking you to highlight my weak points so I can adjust my training. From my perspective I think my rear delts are lacking. Thanks! And don’t hold back haha criticize away plz

Shoulders/front mid delts could have a bit more depth - rear delts are hard for any natural. Upper chest seems a bit out of balance with your mid and lower chest.

Traps... I'm not sure if you are one of those that refuses to do shrugs or direct trap work because you think it will make you look less broad shouldered, but traps have always been one of my "must haves" for a thick upper body.

Is your spine really that curved or is it the way you are standing? There seems to be a scoliosis type bend in the lower middle?

keep in mind... these are all nit-picks since you asked for them. ;)

Yes I most likely have a mild/moderate level of scoliosis (undiagnosed) which restricts me with specific movements but I make do. Been considering posture support or maybe I should just go see a chiropractor.

I completely agree that I need to implement a lot more trap work. Severely lacking in that area. And I’m assuming by upper chest being out of balance you mean that I need to focus on upper chest more and less on the mid/lower.

And no worries. I appreciate any advice/criticism thrown my way. Only way to improve! Thankyou :)

I hit a decent amount of heavy squats and deadlifts. I was a runner for awhile so they’re still growing. Not saying I can’t improve on legs. But they just weren’t my main focus in these photos. Maybe my hamstrings are lacking compared to my quads so I’ll work on that for sure and I know I’m not blessed with the biggest calves (prob can’t tell from the photos though) haha. I appreciate any criticisms though :) Thanks!

I was going to agree with Jseams about upper chest, maybe focus on some Incline pressing?

Be proud though, you have a really good base going.

Thanks for the insight! Yes, I’ll definitely be focusing a lot more on inclined variations for chest now so I can hopefully have a more fully developed chest in the future :) Just gotta keep grinding and figuring out what I suck at haha

Are you competing? Have you had any feedback from coaches/judges? If you are doing this for you what do you feel like you need to work on?

No I’ve never competed or been coached before but someday I may. I’m just collecting opinions of others bc what I see might not be the same as what they see. And not having competed, I know there’s people with a lot more knowledge/experience on here than myself. I know my traps and rear delts are probably the biggest weak points atm. And as others have said the upper chest is not proportionate to the lower/middle.

I’m wondering why our opinions matter? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We are just a bunch of random lifters who all have our own individual physique preferences.

Because its basically the whole point of bodybuilding, working on weaker body parts
So your physique is balanced and getting judged by others

I’m just trying to gain as much feedback as I can so I know what to improve on. I don’t want to become complacent! I just want to be good at what I do. That’s why I’m asking.

Your not in bad shape at all
    Bodybuilding wise
More mass is required in general
Would add a little more focus on upper chest, back, and legs

    Nice work so far

I'd second the traps, rear delts (but also overall delts in general) and maybe it's just the way the pictures look but your triceps maybe could use a bit of mass.

Obviously this isn't the point of it but from what I can glean, your legs could use some work. Certainly hams but even the quads

Doing well - keep at it man!
