Me me me ! Prioritised my fitness now. Im 34 and have an 1 year old son. 13 years of office job and recently marriage and family took it all away from me. But motivated myself to inspire my son about healthy living and hoping to play some sports with him in future. Not going to give up this time

Added. Mine is very similar close to my target weight another 2 kgs to loose. But 10% body fat and build lean muscles. I do 5 to 6 days of gym per week. And high protein diet with moderate carbs n fat intake. Following it for 4 months now cheers.

Cool same target here. I don't take more than 50gm of protein via shakes/bars. Rest all dairy, chicken fish and lentils nuts. I avoid eggs and red meat in general. Request sent

I try to hit the gym during lunch time and a walk after dinner. If im missing the gym ill try to do some floor exercises in the evening. Buying some equipments like dumbbells, yoga mats abwheel etc also helps at home. Ive kept them near dining area to remind me not to over eat
