Alright I am feeling a whole lot better now. Rona really took the energy out of me, along with my sense of smell. But I have recouped enough energy to start easing my way back to working out. So I will be getting back into this challenge and resume weighing in this Sunday. Unfortunately can't go to the gym since I have not…

I am unfortunately sick and my top priority right now is eating plenty of nutritional food and getting lots of rest to help my body fight this virus. I will not be eating at a deficit or exercising during this time while my body is healing itself.…

Here is a soup recipe that is great to keep you warm during the winter months. This falls into many fad/restrictive diet categories like Paleo, Keto, Whole30, Low Carb, Dairy-Free and probably Gluten-Free too. This soup is mine and my BF go to soup when we are feeling under the weather. As a side note I add way more garlic…

I am personally a bigger fan of paleo with seasonal bursts of ketogenic influences. By that I mean eat clean healthy foods to be nutritionally full and when you are ready to drop a few lbs then go to ketosis but make sure you cycle out of ketosis In a healthy way. ketosis should be done in temporary bouts or cycles.…
