Great result Consistency is the key... It may be slow sometimes and other times you would drop so fast . Also If you are closer to your ideal BMI you would lose less.

Ya thanks. I was really committed, thats why I had good results.

I consume 1200 calories, I exercise a minimum of 20 minutes, I don't eat after after 5pm
