When I got back into training I began with Stronglifts 5 x 5. It is a very basic program, just the major lifts, but it has a nifty app that tracks your progress. Just started doing 5/3/1, 4 workouts a week. Gym days usually last around 45 minutes give or take. Supposed to do conditioning on my off days, haven't really gotten around to that yet!
