I get it all the time. I can't workout in the heat. Nothing medically wrong...I just overheat. Turn red. Feel dizzy. Feel faint. I have to stay cool.

Sad, butt true. Genetics do play a big role. The nice bums you see are almost all cosmetic. Also, I am never sore. That's normal. I'm tight....never sore.

Do not take vitamin K. It does help with vitamin D absorption. But you can end up in the ER very fast. Get it cleared by your doctor.

Everything that everyone has suggested is on point. Correct form is key. You need a trainer to show you correct form if you've never worked with free weights. But in all honesty, it also comes down to genetics. Lifting is better than cardio and super addictive!!!!

You can get a blood test and find out your food sensitivities. If you have a long list...eating those foods causes inflammation. Inflammation causes the body to bloat and hang on to water. So the blood type diet is BS, but the food sensitivity test can be helpful.

I don't know if this has been said. Yes, this works. You will lose weight. You fast every other day. It keeps your metabolism in a state of shock. You still need to workout.

Try not to drink alcohol like you did when you were heavier. Weight comes right back. And you are now a light weight! That was a shock for me.
