maybe after a month I can finish in half an hour and do both but right now it takes me an hour to do all the exercises I m planned to do

I m not complaining about not losing weight I m asking is it true if I want to lose weight I should NOT do weight lifting or if I do it will be difficult to lose ?

i weight it with the bones and i don't subtract the difference it not the best way to be really accurate but i m sure i will miscalculate something else so....

at the nutrition label doesn't have English/Greek most of then have , almost nothing I eat wasn't already input so I had to put it my self but if you need any help translate maybe I can help you

I didn't ask in an offending or negative way , sorry if you take it like that but since you said that you had a gastric bypass in 2012 I assume that is easier for you to lose weight because I had a similar surgery but it failed at the end but I did lose a lot of weight but when failing I gain all back .

probably she doesn't feel hungry because of the bypass one bite is enough ... to feel full but if you have a bypass don't you lose already ?

I just start, lets say jogging ( very very veryyyyyyyy slow) and I can hardly jog for 5 minutes :( you re doing great, keep going...!
