I m eating above 2000 cal and losing but only when i go walking which i try to do it as often i can .... i m losing at a very slow pace but i find it difficult to eat less than 2000 cal i dont know if i ever manage to eat less than that but i must find a way (probably walking more) because i cant go lower than 95kg

well I have put my step goal to 15000 because I find fitbit very inaccurate but I never meet my goal I find it very hard so I guess I m moving less than 10000 steps per day:(

maybe you should go to your doctor to find a good diet for you because as far as I know carbs make you need more insulin but with protein you might need less so you don't have a shock (I m not writing very well because English isn't my first language but I think you understand what I m saying ....)

I don't log them but the only things I drink besides water is zero coca cola and black coffee , even though coffee does have some calories in it but I don't know how many ....

I have fitbit charge 2 I have find it very inaccurate In 24hours tracking ( I mean it counts almost every hand movement as a step ex. doing desk job....) but I find it easy to use and it tracks sleep.

so can I trust the MFP adjustment for 2020 calories to eat ? which mean that I can eat a lot more until the evening ? as steps will be increase more ?

my target was 0,5 kg per week and I was losing 1,5 kg per month cant say isn't enough but cardio is difficult for me that's why I wanted to switch for weights since " the more muscle you have the more you burn " and yes everyone tells me about the look of pregnant and that makes me mad!!!

I didn't say I didn't lose with cardio but not as much as I expected so since it is difficult for me to continue doing cardio I wanted to do strength training instead and I get back a just don't respond from everyone I know because, I ll try to do the exact translation " fat will tighten and you will not be able to lose…

well that's not really working for me (generally because cardio buns more calories, so its an 'easy' way to create a big(ger) deficit.)

that s what I hear all the time ! (Lose weight first and then do strength training)but why ?
