Idk if I should be in this group or not But I'm 160 cm And 71 kgs I want to be 65kgs as a first goal by the endof september :smiley: this might seem impossible but I'm trying my best though :smiley:

Most of my food was those snacks so I just enter the bar code The others were like standards .. like a loaf of bread .. a tsp of cheese and so on

2years ago I tried eating at 1200 calories .. but I ended up maintaining my weight!!

I am lightly active that is how i counted it I don't have any medical issues I determined my calorie intake of 1000 a day because I think this is the least amount of calories a person should take to lose weight and if I eat less my organs will break down

Because as what I understand that if I eat the same amount of calories as my BMR then I wont lose weight at all ... is there something I am mistaken?? And what is a TDEE ?

I heard some people say that the food they give us in the dorms is full of fats and oils but I didn't believe them and now it seems like that to me bc I gained weight! also I didn't exercise there bc I was always busy with studying and had no time ,,, but I always thought that I was active enough that I hadn't to exercise…
