Thank you. I did and still go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. I focus mainly on weight training (about 4 months now). I work upper body 3 days a week and lower body 2 days a week. I go 5 days a week on average, sooooometimes 6......sometimes 4. I do 30- 45 minutes of cardio 3 days a week with weight lifting (machines) for about 30 minutes. I felt the same way. I went to all my local gyms and did their free trial week/day until I finally found one I was comfortable at. I even had a free week at one and left before I even finished working out and never went back!
