This sounds like me! I just had a baby and am currently about 160 with a goal to lose 30lbs, but also just to be healthier and not have things tire me out. Would love to have extra support on this journey!

I'm 4 months post c-section.. I was about 15 lbs overweight pre pregnancy and gained about 40 more pounds; so 55lbs total to lose.
