My favorite low calorie protein sources are haddock, cod, tuna, and chicken breast. Basically, any lean protein source should be low in calories per serving.

You're not even close to 24%. I'd say if you want to go a little more, go ahead. Alternatively, you can go to maintenance if you don't want to gain anymore.

I like Monster Zero Ultra. The taste reminds be a bit of Mountain Dew whiteout. I also like Monster Rehab, I think it's 25 calories or so for the can.

Hey, are there lifting programs you would recommend for someone mainly looking to improve forearms, abs, and legs? I think I am still a beginner. I've been working out at the gym for a few months but I think I could use a new routine.

After logging, I got over 3300 calories at the end of the day. I may have guessed a little high on some of the items. I also based items on generic or homemade versions of what I ate. Either way, I don't think today is going to hinder my goals.

The last time my blood pressure was measured, it was 97/56. I know that is kind of low and it was only one reading. I had also fasted beforehand. I don't have any symptoms of hypotension, though.

My main protein sources are chicken, eggs, cheese, greek yogurt, milk, beef, fish, protein bars, and whey protein powder. I do sometimes wonder if maybe I'm going a little too high, though. I've recently been going over 1g/lb of bodyweight (I weigh ~142 and I'm trying to bulk). My average has been ~150ish grams or so.

By far, the biggest surprise I found out about is Cheesecake Factory Bruleed French Toast. It supposedly comes out to 2,780 calories. Just by looking at it, it doesn't seem like it should be anywhere near that high. Source: chron.com/life/health/slideshow/How-many-calories-are-in-that-fast-food-68143/photo-6661657.php

Not for me. I'm not a fan of the taste.
