My husband and I recently purchased bikes for ourselves and the kids. We have set a goal of riding bikes with the kids for at least 30mins/6 days a week. We have made it 2 days so far, we started on Monday.

Monday: I've lost 1lb, I feel like it's not much at all, but its better than nothing. Tuesday: I need to make some mini goals to reach, but I'm not sure what.
