  • My daily goal is 1200 and I find this pretty hard to work with. If you cut out all "pleasures" it's doable, otherwise quite hard. I try to keep it to 1200-1300 most days and exercise enough to a low myself some treats on others. Losing slowly, but making some progress
  • Welcome! You'll see this is a great tool to keep track of your calories and exercise. Lots of foods are already listed and I like the scan functionality in the app where you can scan and record any food package.

  • usually I don't have a scale readily available. So skip that. I don't have a strict weigh in rhythm anyway - about once a week, but it's ok to skip.
