8lb down im these pics but my legs still look heavy ! Will They eventually slim down if I continue eating at a calorie defecit ?

Well ive worked out my calories to loose weight , and my calories to maintain so ive gone for a number inbetween that and increased my calories to 1500 Daily and not eating exercise calories back . This sound ok ?

'Scales change throughout the day. Clothes do not change (unless you shrink them). I agree with ditching the scale. Best thing I've ever done.' This is really helped my mindset . Thankyou sooooo much
