No scale challenge
when I regularly exercise I feel good and like how I look but I get too fixated on the scales as they don't seem to reflect my sucess and sometimes im even heavier ! Im sick of being dictated by the scale . Im trying a new approach of going off progress pics and how I look rather than scales . Does anyone else do this ?

I have big legs compared to my upper body . Im eating at a defecit so will I still loose weight from my legs even doing that's like spin , body bump and uphill walking ? Or am I better running ?

New idea to avoid binges thru restriction
Im 4ft 11 9st 1 Bmi 26 Goal weight 8st So I worked out my calories to loose weight , and my calories to maintain so ive gone for a number inbetween weight . Ive decided to increase my CALS from 1200 to 1500 Daily and not eating exercise calories back . This sound ok ?

Sorry I didn't explain myself well . My problem is im 4ft 11 , 9st 1 and my bmi is 26 meaning im overweight . I would be happy at 8st and have a healthy bmi .my only issue is I can't decide between slimming world and calorie counting and can't seem to stick to one before I give up , binge then restart the whole process…
