So ive been eating 1500
Cals daily but after exercising netting around 1200.

Does anybody else do
This and have U found it works to loose weight ?

I find it easier than
Just sticking to 1200 daily xx

    Yes. That is really how mfp is designed to work. If your goal is 1200 but you exercise you should eat back the exercise calories so that you are netting your goal. If you do not excercise then you stick to your mfp goal. I only had a goal set to 1200 for a couple of weeks and then I changed it to 1300. But even though my goal was in the 1300 range I always ate back some exercise calories and usually ate around 1400 - 1600.

    It definitely works, but I wouldn't recommend to eat all your exercise calories back bc those numbers are not 100%Accurate, try to eat 50-75% of them.

    The exercise calories may or may not be accurate. You can eat back half and after about 4 weeks reevaluate. If you are losing faster than than expected you should eat back more. If you are losing slower than expected then eat back less. Or eat them all back and reevaluate in 4 weeks.
