So ive been eating 1500
Cals daily but after exercising netting around 1200.
Does anybody else do
This and have U found it works to loose weight ?
I find it easier than
Just sticking to 1200 daily xx

That's how MFP is designed - you are meant to eat back those exercise calories since the goal that was provided was a NEAT goal, assuming you did no exercise at all you'd still lose weight.
So yeah - many of us here have been successful with this approach. One thing to watch out for is that some people feel that the exercise burn estimates coming from MFP are inflated (I did not experience this) so if you eat back all the calories you could be dipping into your deficit a little bit. I would track how much weight you are losing and if it matches expectations (1 lb/week or whatever your goal is) then keep doing what you're doing. If slower than expected, maybe just eat back 50-75% of the calories, and if faster than expected, then perhaps increase what you are eating.0
