No scale challenge

when I regularly exercise I feel good and like how I look but I get too fixated on the scales as they don't seem to reflect my sucess and sometimes im even heavier ! Im sick of being dictated by the scale . Im trying a new approach of going off progress pics and how I look rather than scales . Does anyone else do this ?

I have thought about doing that, but then if I don't weigh myself, I won't be able to adjust my calories as I lose weight.0
