Yes, around 1-3lbs may be possible in theory (you don't look like you have a lot to lose if that is you in your profile picture), but weight loss isn't linear, so it may or may not happen. Water weight loss may or may not happen as well.

You can probably lose about a half pound a week, if that, if you are super diligent in your calorie goals. Your best chance is probably a pound or a pound and a half, and maybe losing some water. However, weight loss is not linear so you might end up not losing anything at all at first.

You can probably lose about a half pound a week, if that, if you are super diligent in your calorie goals. Your best chance is probably a pound or a pound and a half, and maybe losing some water. However, weight loss is not linear so you might end up not losing anything at all at first.

According to this you are on the higher end of healthy, so if you want to lose a few vanity pounds it's gong to take awhile. A half pound a week at most.1 -

This. OP, the closer you are to a healthy weight and the less weight you have to lose, the longer it will take. Set your goal to lose .5 lbs a week.1 -
