Sorry I didn't explain myself well . My problem is im 4ft 11 , 9st 1 and my bmi is 26 meaning im overweight . I would be happy at 8st and have a healthy bmi .my only issue is I can't decide between slimming world and calorie counting and can't seem to stick to one before I give up , binge then restart the whole process again ! My heads so mashed . People say do slimming world but I worry im esting too many 'free foods' to loose weight but when I calorie count
It leads me to binge

What is Slimming World doing that isn't a form of calorie counting that they do for you? Like... Literally, what do they have you do? The promo says "No need to weight or count your food!"

Try to do whatever seems more sustainable to you. But I really do recommend calorie counting overall. If you are lowering your calories too much to be sustainable, try for less loss per week. It'd be slower overall, but you'd likely stick with it better than if you were going crazy all the time. Remember, this is a life change, not a temporary fix, to be healthier!

It is up to you, but if you can stick with it, go for it! I'm 5'2", I understand how the small amount of calories can seem worrisome. You don't have a whole lot to lose, so that is wonderful!

One thing I recommend is having some healthier snacks on-hand, and avoiding buying unhealthy ones if able. I'm much more likely to snack on chocolate if available, than some pineapple chunks. Just remember to count those snacks if you can, too [I have pre-portioned little chunks cut out from pineapple rings so I know what calories the pieces are]. Digital scale for the win! Go for grams and exact measurements if able.
