So I worked out my calories to loose weight , and my calories to maintain so ive gone for a number inbetween weight . Ive decided to increase my CALS from 1200 to 1500
Daily and not eating exercise calories back . This sound ok ?

What are you putting as your exercise level when calculating your TDEE? Mine shows you maintaining at 1442 at Sedentary, 1652 on Lightly Active. May I confirm that you do not have a desk job? That tends to trip people up kinda bad sometimes, as their extracurricular activities only partially makeup for them sitting at a desk all day [not to mention the rest the body gets when sleeping all night]0
