Calorie counting or slimming world ?

    Counting calories is free, so I would go with that :)

    I lost a good bit on sw....it definitely works but the cravings got the better of me eventually, I am a bread and crisps lover, and I like the occasional mcdonalds and some cake. The syns are so restrictive but the free foods are a great thing.
    I am so glad I.found a method of incorporating all my fav foods into a diet....aka mfp!
    Dont get me wrong sw is good, especially if u like big portions and iv not overuled going back to it but mfp has helped me lose 3-stone now without actually feeling like im restricting anything.

    I'd stick with what I know works which is calorie counting. Slimming World only works if you are eating fewer calories than your body burns. Rather than use someone else's plan figure out how many calories you can eat and then eat that many calories of foods you like. You'll learn how to maintain your weight loss after you reach your goal which is more than can be said of most commercial diet plans.
