Thank you all who responded, yes the mind is the harder thing is to tame my mind, and remind myself that I won't necessarily do the same mistakes again. I will come back to this post whenever I will have again the doubt over what I am doing.

I am even more beginner than you, haven't ran my 5k yet :smiley: I will make it a challenge to run 3 km x 3 times per week (means 11 runs for the remainder of the month), should be adding up to 33 km, so 20 miles. Looks good for a starting small.

I'm 5'1" and 154-155 lbs (1,56m and 70 kg) and want to drop until around 120 lbs (55 kg). Looking more for definition than an actual number. Hope I will find motivation here :)

Update for the past few days (I just forgot to log where I'm at each day): Wednesday- done Days 4 and 6 (Day 5 was a break) Thursday- done Days 7 and 8 Friday- break Saturday- break Sunday- done Days 9 and 11 (Day 10 was a break) today- done Days 12 and 13 - I didn't think I will be able to do more than Day 12 honestly,…

Great, thank you very much. Completed Day 1 and Day 2 today, because I didn't do any other workout. Added lifting weights in the same time as the squats - shoots 2 birds with one bullet :) Good luck everybody!

SW 71.5 kg or 157 lbs CW same GW 55 kg or 121 lbs For August I want to fix my sleep schedule as in go to sleep at 12am max, and begin working out/stretching at least every other day. Let's see how it goes :blush:
