  • I get a lot of hate for this comment so sorry about anything that comes after this. I'm just saying this because it works for me, you don't have to try it and nobody else has to agree with me. But personally, I've found veganism, specifically high carb low fat, to work best for me, if you ever wanted to try it.

  • It's about more than acne. It doesn't clear up everyone's skin and not every person has acne. That's a bit obvious but it clears up many peoples acne, and does cause acne in many people.

  • Oreos being vegan makes me happy for every once in a while I need a junk food cookie :) of course if you are overeating on veganism you'll gain weight! But it's much easier to stay healthy and feel healthy, especially if you are eating the right amount of calories for your body.
