HIIT or high intensity interval training, muscle building exercises, with less but some lower intensity cardio (jogging, running, biking etc

Yes you can eat the calories you burn. If you don't eat those calories than you are more likely to lose weight to a certain extent. But if you are hungry and have those extra calories from exercise, it is probably best to at least eat some.

I'm no expert but I could suggest for exercise trying high intensity (HIIT) cardio and really focus on more strength and muscle building than just cardio. Muscles burn more calories than fat so maybe that could help. Another thing some people do is intermittent fasting so you could look into that.

It is key to remember that calorie restricting (what this app does) also means less protein consumption

Try eating Healthy Fats such as avocados and nut butters/nuts. Whole grains/legumses are good, such as brown rice and beans. And eating fruit and smoothies is a good way to get in calories. Bananas and dates are more calorie dense

I personally don't have cheat meals. This doesn't work for everyone, but my "cheat meals" are healthy desserts I've learned to love as I've gotten used to a healthy way of eating. Try finding healthy ways to cheat that are healthy but feel like you are cheating?

Don't be afraid to up the calories a bit. Fill yourself with healthy fats and satiating foods and high fiber foods. Eat foods that provide long term energy. If you focus on eating healthy foods, than it shouldn't be bad to go over your calorie limit you've got set right now

I set my carbs to 65, protein to 15, and fat to 20. I like a higher carb diet because I eat a lot of fruit and whole grains but I also try to eat mono and unsaturated fats. And I fit protein in where I can.

Natural oats, as in just plain oats without added sugar/salt are good for you. They contain protein and fiber and other things.

lots of veggies. Veggies are low calorie and you can eat a generous amount while still not consuming many calories. And they are healthy

Hello! I am vegan. I get a lot of my recipes from YouTube and Pinterest. There are also lots of websites and blogs that post recipes. You can look through my food diaries to see what kinds of things I eat even though it would be a bit different than what you are going for

No. Complex carbs are so good for you. They provide your body and brain with needed energy and they can give your body good nutrients.
