If it makes you feel better to take your mind off it, then train. If it makes you feel worse then don't. It is not selfish to do either of them, just do what makes you feel a bit better. I am sorry youre going throug this.

I disagree with such a boring and not sustainable diet plan but my fave vegetables are: mushrooms (very low cal) bell pepper zucchini squashes (acorn squash is my fave) brussel sprouts green and yellow beans cauliflower

I feel like all my jobs have helped me lose weight. I currently work at mcdonald's so it keeps me on my feet/walking/not eating for several hours.

I am not dieting - I'm eating junk food in moderation. Some days have a lot of treats and some days not so much. Add me if you'd like!! My diary is open to my friends.

I added you!! We can support eachother :) I will accept anyone else who wants to do the same <3

find out your tdee and then eat 250-500 cals over it. eat foods that are easy to eat/calorically dense. bring snacks with you throughout the day and sneak in extra calories to your foods (use mass gainer/sneak peanut butter into your shakes/coconut oil etc)

If I had to choose between fitness and a relationship, I'd choose the gym in a heartbeat. Frankly, I have a much better well being (personally) if I take care of myself in this way.

I used to love cheat days and definitely would have said yes about a month ago. Now I just treat myself daily instead of cheating once a week or whatever. If I know I want a treat, I program it into my diary first and then fit my healthier foods around it.

I don't have a link but you can put them in vietnamese spring rolls

I love quest but if you don't want 15-20g of fiber then I wouldn't recommend. The mint chocolate flavour is my fave. I also tried pure protein and i was good.
