I would be in. I've got a puncture wound on the bottom of my foot - as soon as it's good to go I will join. 300,000 or whatever % I am able to do with what's left of the month! In the meantime I will be an enthusiastic congratulator.

I'm an idiot! Managed to cut the bottom of my foot today after stepping barefoot on a laptop plug hanging out of my work bag. :s It's not too bad but is painful to walk on today so no running/cycling. Hopefully it will be fine tomorrow. Fingers crossed for me fit friends!

Thank you for the welcome! I did 30 mins running/jogging with walking on the treadmill. I'm just trying to get back to running for at least 30 mins without needing to stop before I worry about speed/distance etc. followed this up with some work with kettle-bells. I'm feeling really positive.
