Feel free to add me. Open diary, logging meals, steps and strength training.

You'll find it under cardio as "strength training" and it'll only ask you to input the time spent then it will spit out the cals burned for you... I've been logging both each individual strength training exercises to track my own stats but then also add the cardio strength training.

Start small and build from there. Whether that's hitting 5k steps a day and then increasing it gradually from there or similar. Start logging your meals which is key into mfp...

I find foam rolling before and after a session helps with recovery and performance.

I've noticed the same thing as I do strength training as well. Yet when I do cardio it seems to count towards the exercise... Would like to know the same too ???

Suggest slightly wider stance without compromising technique or form, alternatively wearing briefs or both might help man.
