To supplement or not ?
My goals are to build lean muscle and lose weight. From 145kg to 128kg still have a long way to go. Recently started weight training 5 days and looking for any tips on supplements like whey, creatine, bcaa & if I should incorporate these or rely on food to provide these ?? Happy to add or be added..
