New to MFP & 18mths since I started this journey for a better, healthier me.

My goals are building lean muscle and losing weight through strength training and incorporating sustainable life style changes.

Ain't gonna lie, it's been tough as AF but having limited mobility, being unfit & prone to illness as I get older in my mind would be alot tougher!

From 145kg down to 128kg I have some ways to go and am keen to fill my home screen with people on same or similar journey to give me that strength when I'm weak to say to myself " yeah I got this " or "maybe you should take a page from their book & suck it up and get it done"...

There is strength in numbers so comment to join me and let's challenge the status quo together....
