Canned sardines in oil (I like to drink the oil, too) or sharp cheese does it for me.

Thanks! I just relayed this to my husband, who's also on blood pressure medicines and has done some low carb off and on in the past. He's been trying to keep his sodium down too and I'm wondering if this has hurt his weight loss efforts. Very interesting. He's real cautious about all this too so don't worry :smiley:

Hello! I'm 5'8 1/2" tall. SW 200 CW (day 9) 195.5 GW 160 I feel pretty good. :smiley: I don't have the cravings I used to either. I used to eat a whole bag of chips, now there's been a bag on the counter for a week now and I don't even want any. It's really amazing to me since binge-eating is how I got into this state.

I use Life Plus BioBasics, which you can get at: http://lifeplus.com/pattyloof/us-en (you can just go straight to lifeplus.com but then they're going to ask who referred you, it's word of mouth only). It's only 9 net carbs and good for me as I have trouble swallowing pills sometimes.

Hi, thanks for the warm welcome! For some reason I'm not getting notified ... have to figure this out. Anyway, it's going pretty well with the diet, although I have had to study to see what I could eat. :smile: It's nice to see so many people are on this from nearby.
