I'm in. I would like to lose at least 10 lbs and I have made a list of goals. I am going to eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water, and follow this exercise program for 8 weeks (obviously longer than Sept, but that's my plan :))

There are several factors that could play a role as to why you hit a plateau. If you're on your feet for a good portion of the day then your body will become accustomed to it. Once you're used to that type of job it's not challenge (or exercise) any longer. My advice would be to eat more. I don't know your stats or goals…

Each gram of fat contains more than double the amount of calories in the same number grams of protein (and carbs as well).
