I want to get a more complete picture of what I'm eating. I don't have a scale to weigh it. What if I measure out .75 tsp salt (1500mg) and used that throughout the day? I don't need to use up all of it, and I'd get a general idea of how much I do.

I relax and do something I enjoy to keep myself on track.
