I will tell you from experience that when my trainer had me UP my calories, I lost weight! Working out and eating too low of calories had my body all messed up. It was hard to follow... but upping them and eating 5 times a day instead of 3 really helped. I eat 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs
