I am in the same boat eating 1200 calories a day. I recently upped it to 1275 to see if that would make a difference.

Please tell me that eating an enchilada is not a bad thing! I had two chicken enchiladas yesterday with chicka chicka boom boom sauce and it was amazing. And, look at it this way, you only had a cup cake NOT a whole cake! Log it and own it. Today is a new day.

I have learned that I do like to exercise. I do like shopping when I actually have a choice and not have to settle for what fits. I have learned to make my goals in 10 pound increments and it's actually not that hard to lose 10 pounds, just give it time! I guess what I have really learned is patience.

Just for today, I will exceed my 7500 step goal by 2500 and not go to bed until I have stepped it up!

Looks amazing, but on a 1200 calorie budget, 479 calories seems rather high, no?? Maybe a good one to be saved for maintenance.

Being able to shop in the Misses section instead of the Women's Department. Being able to choose clothes rather than settle for something that fits. My feet and fingers also seem to be shrinking! Crazy.
