@bmayes2014 i do cardio mostly but just started with little 4kg dumbbells and do a bunch of exercises with them. Honestly with weight lifting am not sure were to start or how much to carry. Also do you think it's necessary to get a waist trainer, i always see people exercising with them.

Protein Muffins are really nice as a snack, or Protein pancakes.Just be cautious of what you put in them. For my muffins i use egg whites, 2tea spoons of greek plain yogurt,unsweetened coco powder and stevia (optional) or I drizzle a tea spoon of honey when they are baked.

Looking to loose about 15 to 20 pounds the healthy way. I love walking and jogging,all I need is a wonderful playlist and off i go.
