Hahaha no I'm just keen to get people eating healthy and I've experienced first hand how good they are for gains I've gone from 80.5kg to 87kg in about 3 months.

Really? I get 700 cals a morning from them... Should research them- I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

So try getting them in powder form Bulk Nutrients have a protein/powdered oat option you can buy for ectomorph body types. I've found it helpful.

Oats - really cheap and excellent for weight gain.

Eat oats - cheap, healthy and excellent for gaining. Look for a powdered option (in prayer.to add to a protein powder)if you find it hard to down porridge.

My friend is currently training to be akidney specialist (already a medical doctor ). She advised me to avoid using creatine. That's now my advice too.

Oats - I'm in Australia - in our supermarkets you can get a 1kg (1.5 pounds) bag of oats for around $2-$3 which is roughly $1.5 to $1.75USD. They are healthy (for the heart and blood sugar levels) and excellent for weight gain.

In Melbourne we are experiencing classic 4-season in 1 day weather. Every week there Is a build up until the temp hit around 25C and then a cold front comes in and drops it by 10C. In nsw they are experiencing bushfire, which if you know Australia is pretty typical for this time of year. Are you in the states?

(having a leaner build, you might find the liquid foods which include carbohydrates helpful to boost your calorie intake = my experience).

I'm 6'2 and 180lbs - used to be closer to 160lbs I think. What's worked for me is eating around 3500 calories a day (sometimes up to 4000). I also use a blended protein/ground oat protein powder (Muscle Food 101 - Bulk Nutrients) and train using a variety of methods. The key is variety - my mate who's a gym trainer says…
