  • I like shakeology. I don't sell it, but I have one almost every day. I usually have it before I workout in the morning, because it's not too heavy for intense cardio, and because I have 3 kids in school and sometimes it's the only thing I have time for in the morning. Yeah, it's kind of spendy, and I hate how most coaches…
  • Hey i am gluten free because if my thyroid. To get the nutrients I miss out on from lack of gluten priducts, I eat quinoa, rice, and oatmeal. • My thyroid will go wacky occassionally. The first sign is a headache on the top of my neck in the back that doesn't go away for weeks. The second symptom is extremely fatigue. The last symptom before I catch on is I gain almost 10 lbs in a week. It's happened to me 3 or 4x, and was confirmed with lab results. As soon as I…
  • I have a finicky thyroid that tries to go hypo on me occasionally. The first time was actually postpartum caused (an actual thing!). I got it under control after a few months without medication (I was getting my levels tested every 3 months), but can recognize my personal symptoms whenever it starts to happen again, and I…
