No running. Row instead. Stretch calves after every workout. Wear lifters for heavy lifting. Take a Frozen water bottle and roll it under your feet 2x a day. Supportive shoes.

I have 4 kids. My youngest is 4 months old. I went back to crossfit at 6 weeks but sometime I do home workouts too. I suggest taking a baby monitor outside and just do it! Ive been doing it 2 and a half years. I dont think it gets easier. You just get stronger. I got strong FAST with crossfit. Faster then normal workouts at a gym, for sure. I also have abs again after 4 kids so keep it up. Its addictive. I love it.

It might be a hormonal imbalance that working out aggravates more. Such as too much testosterone maybe. Id get hormones checked.
